Our customers span a wide range of industries such as:
Availability Workbench is our flagship suite of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and availability simulation software and also includes Weibull Analysis, Process Reliability and Life Cycle Costing modules.
Availability Workbench incorporates portals which allow the user to download data from SAP, Maximo and Ellipse for use in RCM analyses.
Reliability Workbench incorporating FaultTree+
Reliability Workbench combines Fault Tree, Event Tree, Markov, FMECA, failure rate and maintainability prediction, Reliability Allocation, and Reliability Block Diagram analysis.
Reliability Workbench supports the following prediction standards: MIL-HDBK-217, Telcordia SR-332, Quanterion 217 Plus, IEC TR 62380, NSWC, GJB/z 299B and 299C, and Siemens SN29500.
Hazop+ provides an easy to use environment allowing the rapid entry of the data forming the basis of a hazard and operability study (HAZOP).
Hazop+ greatly simplifies the customization, recording, managing and reporting processes of the HAZOP study.
Network Availability Prediction
Network Availability Prediction enables users to predict the availability and reliability of communication networks. The network availability model utilizes an extended Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) methodology that addresses the specific characteristics of network elements and their connections. Network Availability Prediction provides many time-saving features to allow users to quickly construct the network diagram. These include a parts library facility that allows users to import their parts data in convenient groupings, a network element library facility that allows users to construct common network element diagrams and a fully interactive network diagram construction facility.
AttackTree+ is an invaluable tool to system designers and security personnel allowing them model the threats against systems in a graphical easy-to-understand manner.
The effectiveness of internet security, network security, banking system security, installation and personnel security may all be modeled using attack trees. This is particularly important with the increased risk of terrorist attacks on homeland security, hacking attacks on computer systems and computer-based fraud on banking systems.
What do you want to do?
I want to optimize my planned maintenance and spares holding.
The Availability Workbench Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCMCost) module provides facilities for optimizing spares holdings, planned maintenance and inspection intervals either for individual tasks or for groups of tasks. Read more about the Availability Workbench Reliability Centered Maintenance module.
I want to implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
The Availability Workbench Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCMCost) module implements the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) procedure for determining maintenance strategies based on reliability techniques and incorporates well-known analysis methods such as Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA). Read more about the Availability Workbench Reliability Centered Maintenance module.
I want to predict the reliability and availability of my system.
The Availability Workbench Availability Simulation (AvSim) module is a powerful system reliability and availability simulator. It is capable of analyzing complex and dependent systems, enabling optimization of your reliability and maintenance strategy. The logical interaction of failures, and how they affect system performance, are modeled using a reliability block diagram or fault tree. These diagrams may be used to model failure and success or levels of throughput in the system. Read more about the Availability Workbench Availability Simulation module.
I want to perform Hazard and Operability studies.
The Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) study is a widely used formal technique for examining potential safety and operational problems associated with a system. Isograph’s powerful Hazop+ software can be used to greatly simplify the customizing, recording, managing and reporting processes of the HAZOP study. Read more about Hazop+.
I want to perform Fault Tree analysis.
Isograph has built its reputation on the efficiency, accuracy, stability and ruggedness of its FaultTree+ product. This is why there are thousands of FaultTree+ installations world-wide that are currently being used on major projects in industries as varied as aerospace, defense, automotive, nuclear, rail, chemical process plant, oil & gas and medical amongst many others. Read more about the Reliability Workbench Fault Tree Analysis module.
I want to comply with IEC 61508 /ISO 26262.
Read more about the Reliability Workbench Fault Tree Analysis module.
I want to predict failure rates for electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment.
The Reliability Workbench prediction modules provide you with a powerful visual interface through which you can select components, define the conditions in which they operate such as the temperature or environmental conditions. The prediction software automatically carries out the failure rate calculation as defined by the standard and provides you with the results. Read more about the Reliability Workbench Reliability Prediction module.
I want to predict the availability and reliability of communication networks.
The Network Availability Prediction program enables users to predict the availability and reliability of communication networks. The Network Availability Prediction network block diagram model utilizes an extended Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) methodology that addresses the specific characteristics of network elements and their connections. Read more about the Network Availability Prediction product.
I want to analyze the effectiveness of protection against attacks on networks, banking systems, installations and personnel.
AttackTree+ enables users to analyze the effectiveness of internet security, network security, banking system security, installation and personnel security protection systems using attack trees. Read more about the AttackTree+ product.
